At the moment I’m in the process of coming up with an idea – it’s about not having all this small stuff flying around in the bathroom. Everyone should get their own box. It is still open whether I will seal them with Decopage or other varnish. I’m not sure yet whether this is really necessary. In general, the idea is to make boxes from bookbinding cardboard instead of using plastic solutions. I will keep you posted.
since the topic of “super artfully knitted socks” is dragging on a bit at the moment due to lack of time, here is a kitschy doodle picture that doesn’t make super sense in terms of perspective.
This is an old nature study of a cushion. Folds – not so good, maybe I’ll try again soon in a better way.
When I moved to Vienna, one of the things I really wanted to see was the Beethoven Frieze at the Vienna Secession. So I packed my sketchbook and a pen and sat – in front of Corona, of course – down in the basement of the Secession to study the Frieze. In the end, it was just too crowded down there and it was only enough to take a picture of this monkey. The people on site kept talking about a gorilla – but a gorilla looks quite different, doesn’t it? Well, yes. Here is the ape. yes you probably deciphered it correctly – it says 01.03.2012. maybe I should go back to that style, because I kind of like it. 🙂
